A dusty light begins to unfold over the stone-colored houses nestled into the chalky hills of Cappadocia in Turkey, as patrons pour the day’s first cup of tea and peel back the skins of fresh fruit for breakfast. @ilkinkaracan flies us over the beauty of the oscillating scenery — through the mossy paths of nearby trails lined with skeletal trees, to the grand arches of Byzantine facades, and in front of the caves and homes carved into rolling stone hills — as the day flows from dawn to dusk.
